Logiwaste – New business field for M Refine Group AB

M Refine Group AB has reached an agreement, acquiring Logiwaste Holding AB, including its subsidiaries, from Pamica Group AB as of September 2, 2025. Logiwaste generates approximately 50 MSEK in revenue and employs around 20 people. The company develops, delivers, installs, and commissions automated waste and laundry collection systems, a technology commonly referred to in the industry as “pneumatic waste collection” or “vacuum waste systems.” Logiwaste also operates a well-developed service business, providing both planned maintenance and emergency services.

Daniel Martinwall comments: “The pneumatic waste industry has experienced a weaker period as the construction sector slowed in recent years, but we are seeing an emerging market upswing. The technology is a long-term, high-quality solution for residential areas, hospitals, and similar applications. Although the technology has existed for a long time, I believe we are only at the beginning of the industry’s future potential. In connection with the acquisition, Logiwaste will simplify its legal corporate structure to create a more focused and efficient organization. This change will not affect Logiwaste’s customers; on the contrary, it provides even better conditions to deliver high service and quality in every project.
