The purpose of M Refine Group’s Investor Relations function is to ensure that the capital market participants recieve accurate, relevant, consistent and timely information about the Group’s operations, financial position, strategy, risks and development.

Financial Targets

Growth: M Refine Group aims to achieve annual EBITA growth of at least 20 per cent over time.

Leverage: M Refine Group aims to maintain financial net debt in relation to LTM EBITDA below 0.0x over time.

Dividend Policy: The Board of Directors aims to propose a dividend corresponding to at least 30 per cent of the previous year’s profit after tax.
