Whistleblower

The purpose of the whistleblowing function is to ensure that all employees are provided with the opportunity to report incidents or irregularities within the Company anonymously and securely, where such matters are of a sensitive nature and cannot be addressed through the ordinary reporting channels.

 

We are committed to fostering an open, safe, and trustworthy corporate culture, and we actively encourage transparent dialogue. If you are concerned about or suspect that someone is violating our policies, we encourage you to speak with your manager and raise your concerns.

 

If there are irregularities or unethical conduct that you do not feel comfortable reporting to your manager or another superior, you may submit a report through our whistleblowing system. Our whistleblowing system enables you to report misconduct or illegal activities securely and anonymously.
