HOJ TWS AB has completed the acquisition of Jofrab Skog & Trädgård AB.

On January 23, 2025, HOJ TWS AB successfully completed an asset acquisition of Jofrab Skog & Trädgård AB from the German company Ratioparts. Through this strategic acquisition, we are relaunching the sales and distribution of forestry and gardening products in the Swedish market, with the ambition to become the clear choice for the country’s retailers.

The acquisition includes the right to use the Jofrab brand name as well as access to the customer database, enabling us to build on the brand’s strong market position. Jofrab’s experienced sales team will join HOJ TWS as part of the acquisition, while back office, customer service, and administration will be taken over by our existing team in Tranås.

With this initiative, we are strengthening our presence in the industry and look forward to once again delivering high-quality service and fast, complete deliveries to Sweden’s forest and garden retailers.
