Dimabay Acquires Sprachinstitut Berlin GmbH

Dimabay will acquire the language school “Sprachinstitut Berlin” on December 1, 2025. Sprachinstitut Berlin primarily offers German and English language courses for both private individuals and companies. A special feature of the school is its hybrid teaching model, allowing participants to attend classes both in person at the school and online simultaneously, thanks to appropriate technology.
CEO, Jennifer Keding will remain in her role after the transaction.
